Was running late for work again this morning and I was trying to find a 6 min. track to play while I got my things in order. Good thing I was logged onto facebook when I saw Jack Beats post this FREE mini mix they did for Mixmag. All you have to do is click on the image on their facebook page and it'll automatically download.
There are lots of things to take into consideration when planning/performing a mix. There's song selection with familiar vs new tracks. You have to pace the vibe and flow of intensity to create a whole musical journey for the listener. To take things to an advance level you can even mix in key and progress all the songs in ascending or descending order. Somehow the Jack Beats managed to do all of this in 5 min and 24 seconds.
