The Do Lab: Official | Bassrush: Official

Bassrush and Funktion continue to bring a range of bass music from all over the world to warm the walls of Dim Mak Studios in Hollywood for all in attendance. Last week we experienced Foreign Beggars take and break the stage, truly a historical event. Tonight, the World Famous Do Lab gets in the mix bringing some of Alpha Pup's arsenal to the Studios. Nosaj Thing and Free the Robots will be providing the beats and the bass along with Bay Area's Thriftworks. Check out Nosaj Thing's mix from Mary Anne Hobbs last weekend to get a taste of tonight's rhythms.

Expansion Volume 5: Nosaj Thing + TOKiMONSTA [Ticket Giveaway + Set Times]

Expansion : Official | Facebook | Twitter | Tickets

There has been a movement of music, art, and all things expressive growing at the Humming Bird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley. Most of us in the relative LA/OC/LB area never really venture much north of Hollywood for our adventures into music. But lately in the past few months the likes of Daedelus, Free The Robots, DJ Craze, Flinch, LDFD, and more have given us reason to expand our musical horizon into the more northern regions. Tonight we continue this experience with musical performances by Nosaj Thing and TOKiMONSTA. With the continued support from Project Sweatshop + The Service Company we have a pair of tickets to giveaway for tonight's festivities. Please comment this post with your full name and e-mail address to enter to win. Winners will be announced on our Facebook page and an e-mail notification will be sent. You have until 5pm to enter.

Manni Dee - Fried

Manni Dee : Facebook | Soundcloud | Vimeo

This young, talented, and emerging UK producer contacted us through our Soundcloud page a while back. With his persistence he caught our ear so much so, that we played his track Antidote and Gravitate on our Dank December program. He's been busy working on a few EPs that are scheduled to drop in the upcoming months. We'll be Interviewing him soon to find out more on those releases. For now, look below to sample a taste of what's to come. If you're looking for a sonic treat comprising of a few dashes of TOKiMONSTA, a slice of Flying Lotus, and a sprinkling of Nosaj Thing, press play and enjoy.
