Gold Panda has been in my regular [casual listening|DJ set] rotations ever since I heard his track You. I really enjoyed how he changed gears from his beat heavy orientation on Lucky Shiner to that of his more exploratory vibe on his latest release Companion [Purchase @ iTunes | Amazon]. I'm not saying one direction outweighs the other, but rather the openness and ability for him to say "f(*)ck it. i'm going to do what i want and you're still going to like it" is awesome.
