Here we are tomorrow is Hard Summer 2012 and today is the last day of the Lookout. For everyone going to Hard see you there and have fun.
Saturday August 4th at 8pm the debut of Squarepusher. And I sure hope he lives up to the hype. His latest Album released in May "Dark Steering" released on Warp Records is more of a dark Electronic sound and crazy LED lights. But I am also wondering since it is a "LIVE" set will he be performing some drum & bass(with a bass guitar) mixed with some Acid Techno like his older live shows?. Then again this is America so I would not be surprised if his live set is all electronic, we will see. Once again if your going Saturday be sure you are at the main Hard stage for this.
All I got to say is History and a Legend of Funk. Friday August 3rd at 12:20am You should be at the Red Bull tent for this. Driving Bass Guitar and and humorous vocals with the legendary Parliament-Funkadelic. He was part of the evolution of Funk in which made him part of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. For Hard he is bringing his live band so be sure to have your dancing shoes ready for this because it's about to get funky on Friday!. This also another reason why I give Hard props because they aren't just keeping it all Electronic and dj oriented.
