Far East Movement ft. Tyga (KDrew Remix)

It's definitely been a good year for KDrew out of New Jersey (this latter part I just learned I think explains most of his promo pics with his shirt off). As a Dubstep producer, he's certainly earned his name with his massive, well-received remixes of Adventure Club, Zedd, and Taryn Manning, to name a few. Yesterday he dropped another huge remix, and this time he's taken on Far East Movement and Tyga's hit "Dirty Bass". I first heard the combining of the two blazing forces Cypress Hill X Rusko's 'Roll It Light It' from a live video of Rusko at the Wiltern last year. Apparently there's a collaboration titled Cypress X Rusko EP, set to release this April 2012, just in time for my birthday. I can't wait to hear a fresh handful of Cypress Hill rhymes over Rusko's bass and beats. I was going to stop sharing for the day to get to work on some other goodies, but I figure I do this one last one for the hommie James Jacob [Check out our review of his performance @ Cinespace last year]. James, otherwise known to dubstep fans across the land as Jakwob, has just released the music video for his current single Electrify [pre order on iTunes 1/29]. The music video features the beautiful and talented vocalist Jetta along with Jakwob shooting out sonic booms out of the palms of his hands. The behind the scene video above goes into visual detail as to the mixtures used to conjure the electrifying explosions. Be on the look out for even more explosions when Jakwob hits the road on tour with his Live performance [crossing my fingers he brings this over to LA].
