From the creators of Lightning in a Bottle, The Do Lab presents Rise and Shine, a gathering with a large focus on the healing arts this October 19th-21st at the beautiful Hummingbird Ranch in the Valley of Southern California. 
Rise & Shine will bring together a community of health, consciousness, and sustainability. This special event will unite the best elements of a music festival, yoga retreat, an educational conference, and a Do LaB party with the environmental mission to provide an event where attendees can participate in forward thinking to better understand our place on the Earth at this important time in history.

With the Do Lab's Lightning in a Bottle festival just a few days away, I would like to take the time to share some of the artists that everyone should check out this weekend at LIB (if you're not going to the festival you should check out the great music anyways!). Thanks to the Do Lab for putting together such an awesome line up.
