Stumbled upon this music video a day or two ago. I'm really diggin' the dreary gloomy wintery soundscapes and visual aids for Free The Robot's track Ophic ft. Jessie Jones. Ms. Jones' vocals adds the perfect touch to the droning piano chords. The track is best served early morning or late evening/super early morning. Not meant for "Woo Hoo! We're alive and I have a sh)(t ton of energy" moments during the day.

Big ups Stones Throw Records for sending us the Quakers release. We're slowly and surely all making our way through each one of the tracks. There's quite a bit. The music video above featuring Jonwayne was one of the tracks that first jumped at me during the first spin of the hefty release. The music video's early 90s visualizations fit the vibe of the track perfectly. It feels like a proper music video on MTV way back when they actually showed music videos.
